Founders Meet

At the ripe old ages of 16 and 19, Joe and Lyndon first met and discovered they had supported clients by developing websites. They also discovered their love for football and pizza, but that’s a story for another day.

Oct 2015

Start Ark Web Hosting

After years of talking, discussing, and pizza Joe and Lyndon set up Ark Web Hosting. A company designed to help clear the mystery behind technical jargon and create a better experience for our customers.

Feb 2018

Started Ark Web

To focus on our new company, we referred our clients to other developers and freelancers to manage their websites. While offering a great solution, our past clients wanted to continue to work with us. Together, we looked into how we could do websites differently from what we did before and came up with Ark Web. Ark Web continued its hosting services but now included website design and maintenance. The complete website solution for our clients.

July 2019

Ark Digital Agency is born

While working on website projects, our clients also asked for support in reaching more of their potential clients and if we had any experience in the marketing field. After returning to the drawing board again, we created Ark Digital Agency.

Our Mission

Over the years, we have learnt so much through our products in web design and digital marketing, but also with customer service, online tools and creating SOPs. We want to bring all our history, our learns, our diverse backgrounds, and our driven mentality to you.

We don’t want to build you a website. We want to build a connected first step for your customer journey attached to your CRM, so you don’t have to. We don’t want to create social media posts for you. We want to show you where our strategy sits within your current marketing funnel and what your next engagement steps should be. So we share this message during every meeting, every video call, and every huddle.
